When carrying out servicing and repairs to LPG systems or converting a car to LPG, the workshop undertaking such works must be registered with, and approved by, the Automotive Alternative Fuels Registration Board (AAFRB). The AAFRB only allow workshops with the necessary equipment and appropriately trained people to become members. In addition, the AAFRB continuously monitors and audits any such business to make sure they remain compliant with the standards expected.
