IS SERVICING MY CAR ON TIME REALLY THAT IMPORTANT?
Yes. Servicing your car at the specified kilometres or time period is vital for maintaining it in the best condition for as long as possible. Lack of servicing is the number one reason for premature failure of vehicle mechanical components, resulting in costly repairs and inconvenience of having your vehicle off the road for extended periods of time.
Servicing is also the only way to make sure your car is safe for you, your family and other road users. -
WHAT WILL SERVICING MY CAR COST?
Servicing costs vary depending on car types and kilometres travelled. The best way to get an idea of price is to call us with the make, model, year of manufacture and kilometres travelled of your car. With this information we can then give you a quote on the service you require whilst also explaining what will be required with your service.

CAN YOU COVER ALL MY CARS NEEDS?
In general we can cover all needs of service and repair of your car. Other services such as tyre replacement can also be organised for you, usually on the same day as your service. Some faults that can occur with your car may require specialists in certain areas. If we are unable to repair your car we can often organise for it to be seen by a relevant specialist or alternatively we can guide you as to the most appropriate place to go.

WILL YOU CARRY OUT EXPENSIVE REPAIRS WITHOUT MY PRIOR KNOWLEDGE?
No. If during a service or inspection your vehicle a fault is found that requires repair, we will always contact you with a price for doing the repair and a full explanation as to why it is necessary.

WILL SERVICING MY NEW CAR WITH YOU VOID MY NEW CAR WARRANTY?
No. Your new car warranty will be maintained. We ensure that your service is carried out to manufacturers guidelines and we use only genuine and approved parts, fluids and lubricants as required.

HOW DO I BOOK THE COURTESY CAR AND WHAT DOES IT COST?
When you phone us to book your car in, we can tell which days the Courtesy Car is available. If it is anticipated that we may need your car for more than one day to work on, the courtesy car can be booked for multiple days. There is no fee for using the Courtesy Car, but we do ask that you re-fill it with the approximate amount of petrol that you use.
